Jhon talks about the importance of involving disabled students in all decisions.

Transcript

I think a lot of the time decisions are made about us without us being there and things just happen around us and you’re just left out and expected to be fine with the decisions that have been made and your disability is such a big part of you at sometimes and it’s not a nice feeling to have people just making decisions about you that mean so much to you, and make such a big change really. I think it’s just important that everyone is included, and everyone has the right to speak out if they’re not being included. Just that general respect and support for disabled people in education and just generally in life really that, that support is available and you’re able to access it when you need to.
