So for the trips, my dad always took a day off work and he would drive me. But I remember he went into school when they were planning a trip and he said, ‘Look, I want to be able to go on the trip so I will take him but I don’t want him to feel embarrassed that his dad is on the trip with him'. So the first trip they said there was going to be parents so he said, ‘That’s fine,’ but he said, ‘if you’ve got a bus with kids going on the bus, you know, can we at least have some of Miro’s mates in my car so he doesn’t feel like he’s on his own,’ and they said, ‘Yeah.’
