Micheline Mason: Tinsel
Micheline Mason was born in 1950 in Kingston, Surrey. Micheline lived with her family in Croydon, Surrey, having home tuition until the age of thirteen when she left home to attend a residential special school in Hampshire. She then went on to Art college.
Here Micheline gives an example of her individualism.

I remember for example we had a uniform and of course I’d never worn a uniform. I couldn’t quite bear to be dressed just the same as everybody else, so I wore it except that I put tinsel in my shoes.Explore more
