TranscriptWe did have one or two broken or cracked windows which were probably self-inflicted, I think the attitude of the staff was 'Well, you broke 'em you can put up with it'. I can still remember lying in bed with the wind blowing my hair on a nice winter's night, that was not very pleasant.
