Emma: Resolving problems

Emma describes the process she used to resolve a problem with other students.


What happened was, my one to one or my Teaching Assistant TA, had noticed it before, even before I had. So she obviously had a word them with and when that didn’t work, she told me what she thought might be going on and I was like 'Yeah I think so too. 'So we went to see the Well Being managers and talked it through with the actual people and they were fine afterwards. They just, they hadn’t even realised I don’t think, they hadn’t even twigged that they were doing it and obviously they just stopped, almost straightaway.
